Go to www.oarsi.org
Select either the 
(top left) or the 
(top right). On the next page, select the 
link and complete the application, submit.
Now you will be taken to the home page, but the 
button changes to 
. Select the Menu button.
When the page slides open, you will see a list of tabs. Select Contact Preferences.
On the preferences page you will be able to select those communications you wish to NOT receive. Select Save My Preferences.
With these selections, you will not receive communications for those items checked.
If in the future, you would like to change your selections, simply login and select Contact Preferences.
If you have forgotten your login, select Forgot My Password.
