Recent Advances and Challenges in Understanding Cartilage Disease
The Gordon Research Seminar on Cartilage Biology & Pathology is a unique forum for graduate students, post-docs, and other scientists with comparable levels of experience and education to present and exchange new data and cutting edge ideas. It will be held in Galveston, Texas, March 21-22, 2015, just before the associated Gordon Research Conference on the same topic. The focus of the seminar is to bring into the spotlight the latest developments in cartilage biology and pathology and to stimulate participants to identify the most relevant questions that need to be answered in the near future. Topics of discussion in scientific sessions include but are not limited to new discoveries in the fields of cartilage structure, function, and regulation from development to aging and advances in understanding cartilage diseases and regeneration. The meeting will feature 14 talks and 2 poster sessions. All attendees are expected to actively participate in the GRS either by giving an oral presentation or by presenting a poster.
